The Board is happy to announce our third annual Dumpster Day for all Pinecrest residents. This is a great opportunity to get ride of those bulky or large waste items around your house – without having to take them far at all!
A dumpster will be parked on Pine Bark Lane on Saturday, September 19 and available to have items deposited from 8:30AM until 3:30PM. Board members will be around to monitor the dumpster.
This is for household goods only. Prohibited items include but are not limited to: sand, stone, rock, gravel, tree stumps, medical waste, pharmaceutical waste, hazardous waste, toxic substances, batters, tires, liquids, paints, fuels, and oils.
Interested in volunteering for the Pinecrest Community Association Board of Directors?
The Pinecrest Community Association is the Homeowner’s Association for the Pinecrest Neighborhood, and the Board of Directors is a group of volunteers who manage the business of the neighborhood according to the Covenants, Bylaws, and other obligations.
