What leaf and limb service area is Pinecrest in?

Pinecrest is in Area B.

Can you please fix the potholes on Pine Ridge Trace?

The section of Pine Ridge trace with the potholes – between the last Pinecrest homes and the intersection with Whitehall – is a private road, and thus repair of said potholes is not our prerogative

What trees or shrubs are best to plant in our neighborhood?

We have a full list of native trees and shrubs linked here, all of which are appropriate to integrate into the local ecosystem of which we are a part. We are running an $100 per tree incentive for anyone replacing dead or dying trees with a tree from the approve native species list linked above.

What restrictions are there on additions to my property?

Please review the covenants for guidelines on what is and is not permissible. If they are not clear on your question, please contact the Board.

What is the purpose of the Pinecrest Community Association?

We maintain the quality and value of our community. We take pride in our secluded neighborhood, ensuring that our community remains safe, pleasant, and a great place to live.

How much are the annual dues, and why are they necessary?

The annual dues for the current year may be found on this page once they are published each year. These funds go towards maintaining common areas, community events, and other essential services that benefit all residents. 

Are there additional fees for online payment of dues?

Yes, our payment processor adds a 4% fee to online transactions. If you’d like to avoid this fee, you’re welcome to pay by check.

Where can I send a check for my dues payment?

Checks can be mailed to the Community Association via the address found on this page. Please ensure your property’s address is noted on the memo line.

How are Pinecrest Community Association decisions made?

Decisions are typically made during board meetings, where we discuss and vote on various community matters. An annual meeting is held in the first quarter of each calendar year, and all homeowners are encouraged to attend and provide input. The date, time, and location of this meeting will be published on this website well ahead of time.

I have an idea or suggestion for the community. How can I share it?

We value homeowner input! Please reach out to our board via email or attend one of our regular meetings to share your ideas.

Are there specific rules or guidelines I should be aware of as a homeowner?

We follow a process that usually starts with a friendly reminder. Our primary goal is education and compliance rather than penalization.

Is the Pinecrest neighborhood affiliated with Pinecrest Office Park?

The Pinecrest neighborhood and Pinecrest Community Associate are not affiliated with the Pinecrest Office Park located at the front of our neighborhood.
