Welcome to the Pinecrest neighborhood in Athens, Georgia! Nestled in the charming East Side of Athens since 2005, we enjoy the serenity of a secluded neighborhood and are fortunate to share much of our boundary with the protected lands of the Athens Land Trust.
Pinecrest is beautifully walkable; our gentle hills and wide sidewalks invite residents to stroll, connect, and meet one another’s dogs. We’re close to the amenities of the East Side, the UGA Veterinary School, and have easy access to the Loop and Watkinsville. Welcome home to Pinecrest!
