Be aware that the dumpster situated behind the apartments at the entrance to our community does not belong to the Pinecrest Homeowner’s Association (aka the Pinecrest Community Association). It is owned by a seperate entity, Live Oak Properties, LLC.
Any residents of Pinecrest depositing trash or other items in that dumpster commits an illegal trespass and is subject to criminal liability. Pinecrest has been notified that anyone identified as having done so will be prosecuted.
