We circulate this annually to remind all residents (homeowners and renters) about a few items.
Dumpster Day
When: Saturday September 7 from 8 AM to 4 PM
Where: The dumpster will be located on Pine Bark Lane
Reminders: This event is for household goods only. Prohibited items include sand, stone, rock, gravel; tree stumps; medical, pharmaceuticals, hazardous waste; toxic substances; batteries; tires; liquids/paints/fuels/oils (these items should be taken to the Athens CHARM facility)
Other Reminders
Grass: Please mow your grass on a regular basis. After you mow, please take the time to remove the clippings from paved surfaces. Rainfall delivers grass clippings/leaves into the storm drains and we want to keep these areas clear.
Trash bins: After trash pickup, please remove and return your trash bin near the corner of your house. Please don’t leave trash bins near the street for an extended amount of time.
Dumpster at the front of the subdivision: A reminder that the dumpster at the front of the subdivision (located behind the apartments on Cedar Rock) is not for our use. Putting items in that dumpster would be considered trespassing.
Stop Signs: At intersections in the subdivision, please come to a full stop and look for pedestrians and other cars.
Speed: Keep in mind the speed limit in the subdivision is 25 mph. Please be cautious as you drive through the subdivision.
Parking: Please do not park vehicles on the grass, curbs, or sidewalks in the subdivision. If you must park your car in the street (including the cutout areas), please park your car with the flow of traffic.
Pets: Please pick up after your pet on your walks in the subdivision. As you walk your pet, please make sure the pet is on a leash.
